Patty H. reports: "Petitioners have been sighted for weeks in the Modesto area, most notably in front of Target and Wal Mart stores...Members of the Central Valley Democratic Club have formed a fraud busters unit to combat this power grab initiative.  We are monitoring and complaining.  Most of the petitioners have gone so low as to mislead the people by giving false information to lure the public into signing their petition."
