On Wednesday, February 21, the Tri-Cities Democratic Forum was delighted to host Chairman Art Torres at our monthly meeting.  A record turnout of over 100 members and elected officials attended, including Assemblymember Alberto Torrico and Senator Ellen Corbett.  Chairman Torres' address to the Forum covered a number of topics, including the effects of an early California primary, potential changes in term limits, redistricting, the success of the 50-state strategy, and the prospects of the declared Democratic presidential candidates.  The Chairman's visit to Fremont helped make our Forum a great success.  (Photo: Fremont Planning Commission Member Suzanne Chan, Chairman Torres, Ann Rice)
